1. Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt our systems, access unauthorized data or reuse materials without permission.
2. Service offers and agreements
Website prices, descriptions and calculator estimates are informational and do not create a binding contract. Engagements begin once both parties agree in writing to scope, fees, schedules, billing and relevant conditions.
3. Charges
Ad platform spend, domain fees, hosting, paid software, third-party subscriptions and applicable taxes are separate unless specifically included in the agreed proposal. Recurring plans follow their signed billing terms.
4. Your responsibilities
Clients must provide authorized access, accurate information, timely approvals and content they have permission to use. Delays can affect timelines.
5. Deliverables and rights
Ownership of custom deliverables and use of third-party tools are defined in the specific service agreement. Third-party licenses remain subject to their own terms.
6. Results
We make professional efforts to meet agreed deliverables. Search rankings, campaign return, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Project cancellation and refund eligibility follow the written agreement and our 7-Day Refund Policy, subject to non-waivable legal protections.
8. Website availability
We aim to keep this site reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Specific warranties and liability provisions, if any, are defined by the signed service agreement and applicable law.
